Terms of Service

1. Services offered

VyaparSeva provides AI-powered digital services for small businesses including websites, WhatsApp automation, social media management, Google Business Profile management and related ongoing support. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the plan you subscribe to.

2. Payment terms

• Setup fees are payable in full before work begins on Type A services (websites, chatbots).
• Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each calendar month.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable GST and taxes.

3. Refund policy

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Monthly fees are refundable within 3 days of payment if no work has started for the cycle.
• No refunds are issued for partially used billing cycles.

4. Service suspension

• Type B (ongoing) services are paused after 16 days of overdue payment.
• Type A (setup & own) services remain live, but maintenance and support are paused after 16 days. The asset (website, chatbot) continues to belong to the client.
• Services resume automatically once outstanding payment is received.

5. Ownership

Websites, chatbots and digital assets built under Type A services are registered in the client's name and remain the property of the client. VyaparSeva retains no ownership over delivered Type A assets after handover.

6. Limitation of liability

VyaparSeva's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
